My Students
Fourth grade is a huge year for kids to grow and explore the world. My students are extremely curious and kind humans who love to learn about others and the world. They love to use hands-on materials to understand difficult concepts and to problem solve. Within my classroom, we have over a dozen languages and cultures represented. Our classroom diversity provides an amazing environment for us all to learn from each other every day. As a community, we strive to think critically and treat one another with respect and kindness! It is essential that we have the community materials we need to learn and grow together.
My Project
Every day my students work hard and support each other! Recess helps us boost our energy and get back to learning. Recess balls and equipment will support our games and play during the day.
At recess, we learn a lot about teamwork and communication!
This equipment will support students' play and learning every day. We will use the basketballs to practice skills and play mini-games. We will use the playground balls for whole class games, wall ball, and 4-square. We will use the juggling scarves to give students an opportunity to try something different independently. This recess equipment will be a huge support to my students and every other student they play with!
