My Project

We are one quarter away from the end of the school year. We've learned so much and worked hard thus far! Help us stay motivated to persist and work hard in our last quarter.

This quarter we students learn about economics in social studies.

They learn the importance of earning, saving, and spending money. As we learn how economics work in our society students also learn about money in math. They will identify coins, bills and their values. They will learn how to add and subtract coins and bills. These skills will not only be used in our classroom but they will be used as citizens in our community forever!

To help our class understand the value of saving and spending money students will be "earning" for tasks done in the classroom (homework, classwork, chores in the classroom). With the monies earned they will be able to spend their earnings in our class store!

Help us build our class store with your donations. Your donations will motivate students to set goals with the money they! They will either spend on extra snacks for recess or save up for something "cool" they see in our class store! Many students also love to spend their money on things they feel their parents are siblings might enjoy!
