Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to create a room that feels like when you work, we can achieve the just rewards of a job well done. When you can create with crayons, pencils, and markers, you can not only learn, and achieve a level of pride you can work towards something, If that is a small figet toy or a large create your own volcano it all creates a system of give and take.

With hard work we can find success, and success leads to rewards.

Help me create this clear line for them as we often forget this is how life works. People who work hard, who do what they need to do, and do it well are able to taste the fruits of their labor.

As a community, work with me to build that room. It takes a village to raise a child, and time and time again you, the Donors choose village has proven to me to be a great ally to me and my community, as well as all my students.

Please continue to join me again to make sure each child is made to feel special and wanted. They are given a sense of pride and proof that hard work matters. I have tried to connect the dots, from a creative point of view to reading, to the reward at the end. If we can show them that connection, then I feel they will achieve success and reach their potential. Is that not what we want? A world where we connect the dots and show them that if you can dream you can achieve it through hard work. That it does matter what you do, how well you do it. That the hard worker does earn something in the end. Help me build this amazing world for them.
