it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are launching a positive reinforcement program for our dual language kindergarten students to help them grow both academically and socially. As a Dual Language classroom, my students are learning English alongside their home language, Spanish. This positive reinforcement project will help students by encouraging their progress with tangible, motivating rewards, which will significantly enhance their confidence, engagement, and retention.
