This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My kindergarten students are bright, talented, and eager to learn. Many of them are in need of extra support beyond the regular curriculum. I am providing lessons enriched with sight word content so my students can achieve in reading. They are beginning to recognize important words and are even comprehending the content. My lessons are in need of colored paper so that my students can build sight word projects monthly that highlight the necessary sight words they are learning. The projects need to be bold, bright, and colorful to add excitement to the learning of their important words of the month.
