My students need music materials desperately. Rhythm Sticks, Circle Time Songs, an ABC Sing Along Flip Chart and CD's that will allow my students to sing, move, and learn.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
A typical day in my classroom starts with singing and listening to music.
My students come to school without many things.
One major thing they have never heard of is nursery rhymes or fun kids music that helps you learn. They do not experience sounds and rhythms from different cultures. I encourage my students to listen to music. Students can have fun learning while singing and dancing.
My Project
My students will use The Learning Station CD collection by capturing their attention by creating a fun learning environment where children are invited to participate, sing, dance, and experience music's magic. Students will use rhythm sticks to tap different beats. Students will have a great time listening to We All Live Together CD Series that will touch every aspect of the early childhood curriculum.
This project will make such a difference with my students by listening to music while learning at the same time.
We will sing the seven days of the week, months of year, and also learn to count by singing. Students have such a good time singing and dancing to music that they do not realize they are learning.
