My Project
I wish to offer my students the opportunity to interact with visual art materials. Providing these opportunities in which to use their imagination to create projects allows another way to demonstrate creativity.
The students will use craft materials, paint, and construction paper for projects throughout the year.
We will create self portraits using skin toned paints and paper. We will use the materials around different holidays in order to represent our various cultures. Collage materials will be used when making gifts for family members. Finally, storage items allow the students to locate the materials they need on their own.
