Wobbly Stools So My Students Can Move It, Move It!

My Project
My 4th graders this year are super curious, excited about learning, and love collaborating. Those are beautiful attributes in learners, but sometimes, all that energy makes it hard for them to focus at their desks! We have frequent movement breaks, and I teach them calming techniques, but about a third of my students need even more movement to self-regulate and focus on learning. Sometimes, this leads them to move in unsafe or distracting ways to their classmates. My goal for this project is to provide my wigglers with a safe option to get the movement they need to be successful in the classroom and focus their energy on learning.
