My students need wobbly cushions and desk bands. These cushions and bands have shown to help students with ADHD and many more things. They will help my students stay focused while sitting.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I work in a low income school. I have 24 students in my classroom. I have a variety of different personalities in my classroom. My girls are super sweet. They are very creative and kind. My boys have a lot of energy and are really funny. We do a lot of activities where the students work together. This is a great group of kids! I love seeing their smiling faces every day. I want the best for them and to watch them succeed. I want them to have tools to help them optimize their learning.
These items will help my students be more successful in class. It has been shown that kids who can move are show their best effort. I do try to move my students as much as possible. But, in 3rd grade there are going to be times they have to sit at their seats, mainly during reading and math whole group lessons. These wobbly cushions will help them to stay focused. I have seen these used in colleagues' classes with a lot of success. Kids' attention spans are very limited this day and age. If they can move and wobble, they are more likely to stay focused and try their best. Please consider to donate to my classroom. Thank you!
