My Project
I absolutely enjoy working with Students with Disabilities because the students I serve are special. They are special because they try hard despite their economic status and parental involvement.
Granted my students have special needs such as, sitting for long periods of time,and staying focused, which really makes it hard to grasp a concept.
Being able to receive these materials for my class will allow my students to work together in small groups or independently versus always listening to the text in whole group. The wobble chair will allow my students to focus, preventing being told to sit still during the Reading and Math block. The wobble chairs will have a positive impact on my students that will keep them from fidgeting and twisting or even standing during instruction.
