My students need wobble stools and balance balls as flexible seating to aide in their classroom learning. Flexible seating in classrooms has proven to improve classroom learning to help the little ones move about as needed.

Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Each and every day I have 18 smiling faces that enter the classroom excited and eager to learn. At such a young age we expect so much out of or students and often times they have a hard time staying seated and sitting still for long periods of time. That is why I am asking for your help! Flexible seating will allow the students opportunities to learn in the best learning environment suited for them and choices for their learning. Please consider helping this cause. Thank you!

My Project

I chose wobble stools and balance balls as options for my students during their everyday learning to help reach the needs of my special education student as well as my general education students. The students will have the option to sit in a regular seat, stand or use one of these options to exert extra energy.

My classroom is designed for choices.

Students love the choice on how they are learning and tend to learn more when it is up to them!

The students that this project will reach come from low economic area will greatly appreciate the new seating!
