I have an incredible group of kindergarteners who have so much potential. Each and every one of my students have gained a place in my heart. They are such kindhearted, noble, and passionate individuals who attend a STEAM academy elementary school located in a high-need community.
Every day my students walk into the classroom eager to learn and ready to face any challenge that's put in front of them.
These kids spend long hours at school every day and yet, every single day, they're excited to be here and ready to take on whatever is put in front of them. It truly amazes me how determined and dedicated these young minds of theirs are.
My Project
By providing my students with an alternative form of seating, my students will be free to chose the seating arrangement that best suits their learning need. By allowing them the opportunity to choose their own seating arrangement I am also teaching my students how to make appropriate choices that'll best benefit them. This will help create a more successful learning environment and will eliminate behavioral problems since students will be able to spread out and have their own personal area to work in.
It is my role to ensure that they are provided with the best learning environment.
By incorporating flexible seating into our classroom, students will learn to make better choices in regards to their education.
