Wobble While You Work!

Help me give my students some Wobble Seats for our small group. This will also be used for students who have trouble sitting still and need movement to focus without being a distraction to others.

My Project

Do you get tired of sitting in rock-hard chairs all day? I know my students do, and I don’t blame them! That’s why I need your help to get them some flexible seating options that keep their minds engaged, by keeping their bodies busy! I plan on using my chairs in a couple of different ways, but all of the ways will be used to benefit my students.

First, I plan on using them at my small group table.

This is where students will store the wobble seats and will be able to use them while getting more in-depth, one-on-one instruction from me at our math and reading small group time! They will be able to sit at the table and choose a regular chair, or a wobble chair. Whichever seat they feel helps them learn best.

Second, my students will use these seats as a flex seat option at their own seats. Some students need to move, and that can be a distraction to some of the other students in the classroom. The wobble seats will be a way they can wobble their bodies, and engage their minds without being a distraction to others around them.

I’m sure there are many other ways that my students can use these seats in the classroom to further their learning. These are just a few of the specific ways that I know my students will use these seats! Please help me, help my students get the most out of their education experience by funding my project for the wobble seats! Your donation is appreciated greatly!
