My Students
I am a first grade and reading intervention teacher. I work with a diverse group of students in grades first through third. My class includes students with special needs, students from low income families, and students who are new to our country. I also have students who are learning to speak, read, and write in English for the first time.
My Project
The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will allow me to utilize digital materials to create engaging distance learning lessons. These materials are amazing, and do not want my students to miss out because I am not tech savvy enough to create myself!
When students are sitting in front of a computer or at their desks for hours a day, I want them to feel comfortable.
Regular chairs can be stiff and uncomfortable, which can lead to student restlessness and lack of focus. The wobble chairs will allow my students to get their wiggles out, while still engaging in classroom activities.
