Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach in a small neighborhood campus where I get to work with unique little humans who are very active and eager third graders. I am working hard in guiding them to become independent thinkers and to fall in love with reading.
They are passionate to become fluent readers which I have set up my classroom to be a safe place where they know they are loved and free to discover their learning style.
Despite the fact that they are different academically, behaviorally, culturally, and economically, all my students love to engage in new opportunities. I find it a great joy to work with such an awesome group of students on a daily basis.
My Project
This project would be used for my computer small groups, when working on the desktop computers. The adjustable wobble stools would be perfect to adapt to the height that the students need. Wobble stools are a resource I have found the kids love. These stools will allow the kids to "wiggle" quietly while using computers. This is a great benefit to prevent students from being "inactive" while using technology.
All kids enjoy wiggling and find it hard to sit still so these stools are the perfect solution to any situation.
I would like to give my students the opportunity to have different seating options while using technology to help them stay engaged and focus. Please join me in supporting my students from being inactive while using technology.
