My Students

My students are such hard workers! They come to school with a positive attitude and determination to learn like I’ve never seen before as a teacher. They are friendly, kind and enjoy working together. The students always follow the rules and are incredibly respectful! This is such a fabulous group and they deserve this! These students have language development disabilities which limits their ability to work independently. Therefore, a rug is a great place to share our learning for success.

My Project

This rug will help enhance the flexible seating in our classroom. It will give students a comfortable and enjoyable space to read, share their knowledge and create new and innovative things! This will also help students feel comfortable in their learning environment which leads to further success! Plus, it matches our classroom decor!

The students enjoy being able to have a solid location in the room where they can feel comfortable to take chances and grow.

This will foster a community within our classroom for that. They will be able to complete calendar, story time, literacy centers and more here!
