With One Easel, 2nd Graders Read, Write, and Share!
Help me give my students the perfect aid for showcasing their joy of learning. This learning easel is magnetic. It can hold chart paper for writing, art paper, or it can be a dry erase board!

My Students
My students are a diverse group of 2nd grade, urban area students. Our school is an inner-city school, and we qualify for 100% of our population to receive a free lunch and free breakfast. My classroom includes students from many different cultures and nationalities possessing diverse learning abilities and needs. They also come to school with various social and emotional needs. My students are eager to learn and full of imagination and ideas. They want to share their ideas and learn new things.
My Project
A classroom easel will help my students learn at home as well as when they return to school. As my lessons are streamed, the students will be able to share answers that I can write on a class chart, and the camera will be able to display to all students at home. I will be able to use the magnetic board for math manipulates such as magnetic money, or tens frames, etc.
As my lessons are streamed, the students will be able to view the skills being demonstrated on the easel from their own home, just as they would if they were attending class in person.
