Help me give my students laminating sheets to help preserve my students work. The laminating sheets helps me create re-useable materials to help them achieve their learning goals.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The daily use of laminating sheets are pretty evident in my classroom. Laminating sheets allow me to make individual resources for the students. This is important when servicing students with disabilities. My students have autism and other cognitive delays. It is important that they have durable items to help them develop their skills.
All the materials in this project will be used directly by the students to help them achieve their goals.
In the classroom there are several work stations. It is important that there is enough materials in the stations to allow the students to have access to the things they need to complete the tasks. The materials used daily will be the dry erase markers, glue sticks, and the sheet protects.
I have seen that by having enough materials for each student allows for them to develop independent skills which will be beneficial for their growth in all areas.
