Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school is settled in an urban district where students come from low-income families, different backgrounds, and many cultures. They love to learn new concepts and love school. Their eagerness to learn is shown in their faces; however, due to limited resources, they are not getting the full high school experience.

My Project

Connecting with students virtually is a new way of learning for a lot of teachers. I have been teaching for eight years now and loved every moment of it! Now, this is a new normal and I want to make sure my students will be able to learn and expand their knowledge of science.

With a document camera, I can share pictures, math examples of my work, and show them how to solve a problem step by step.

I can simply draw a diagram and visually show students diagrams.

This will help me reach each student and fulfill their needs!
