This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My school is a Title l school serving K-5 grades, with a high level of English as a Second Language students. We have a high number of low-income students. We are a diverse group of students from various backgrounds. We are in St George, UT.

Our class motto is Everyone Achieved Success Today.

We believe that "Hard work pays off". My students are Kindergarten age and watching them learn is exciting, you can see the "light" turn on for them. We are learning to use computers in our classroom.

We would like to get some wireless mice to use with our chrome books. Our little fingers have great difficulty using the pad on the chrome books. The use of wireless mice helps them to learn how to computers to enrich our learning and skills.

My Project

We are Kindergartners and just learning how to use a computer. Out little hands have great difficulty using the pad on the chrome book. We know the use of computers is vital to the continued growth of our students and wish to help them to do this, by using the mice with the chrome books.

Technology is a huge part of our lives and we want to make it accessible and easy to use for our students at school, because most of them do not have access to computers at home.
