My Project

Using the guitar in a music room is a powerful and effective tool for teaching and learning music. However, amplifying our instruments means being tethered to an amp. From a teaching perspective, this can limit the ability to use proximity as an intervention. From a student perspective, this can mean rearranging a seating chart, which is not always optimal. For the past 8 years, I have utilized this Boss wireless system on a daily basis.

The ability to physically move within a music ensemble is a huge advantage.

After 8 years, our current Boss wireless system finally kicked the bucket. Well past its warranty period, I attempted a battery replacement to no avail. Two new systems (one for each school in our program) will greatly benefit our music ensembles. My students inspire me daily with their love of music making - it is a true joy to help them achieve their goals.
