Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students and community of CPS are so special. We have students from over 60 different countries and all backgrounds and cultures. Many of our students and families could use some extra support, especially as the winter months approach. Whether a family is coming to the United States from another country or struggling financially- no one should come to school hungry or cold.

This project will help to provide sweatshirts, hats, and gloves for some warmth and support to our students in need, and also make them feel like part of the community.

Please consider making a donation so our students know they are loved and cared for and always feel a sense of warmth coming to school.
