My Students

My students come from an inner-city area where money and supplies are often scarce. Teachers provide many of our own classroom supplies due to the low socioeconomic area. Many of my students have learning disabilities or are below grade level in reading and/or math. During this time, parents are trying their best to support student learning at home and returning to school. My goal this year is to keep learning fun while keeping my students engaged and making sure they are safe and healthy.

My Project

Through this project, I am requesting different resources to support students in and out of school. With your help, I'm hoping to be able to send home snacks, winter clothing, and more. I've also requested some reading, math, and hand-eye coordination supplies for students to use and keep at home. This project also contains basic supplies to help meet the needs of students at our school.

To be able to learn successfully in school, students need to know they have what they need when they're at home.
