My Students

Our students come from the inner city. The are good children and they are eager to learn. Many students come from challenging backgrounds and they depend on school to be a safe and important part of their day. Our students receive free breakfast and lunch.

Our students are in serious need of many school related items.

The students are kind and compassionate. They work and play well together. Most importantly they believe in community and they love school. New supplies will help them on their way.

My Project

Right now here in the northeast it is frigid cold. It is so cold that you can see your breath when you are outside. My students need winter hats and gloves. But, I noticed that many students are lacking basic clothing items for the winter season.

I'm requesting Under Armour Girls' Beanie and Glove sets, and Nike Little Boys' Snow Stripe Hat and Gloves sets because each student needs their own personal winter hat and winter gloves.

With these new hat and glove sets every student will have a warm and lasting reminder of their success in elementary school. Hats and gloves will be needed and remembered long after the holiday season.

Your kind donation will be something that will be of everyday use to the kids who really need warm protective winter gear.
