Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students in my classroom are wonderful, energetic, intelligent students. The population is 95 percent bilingual, and, unfortunately, the majority come from a low socioeconomic status with 90 percent being coded as at-risk. As a teacher in my school, I try to give these students everything I can in order for them to be successful lifelong learners.

My Project

My students are wonderful and energetic first graders. They are not only coming to school, but they are coming to school as we brave through Covid 19. My students need motivation! They are worried about Covid and have had many family members ill from this horrible disease. This is why I am asking for prizes for them! I would like them to learn through play. Therefore, I would like to give prizes to my students that are coming to school and learning all they can! Thank you for your support!
