Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project will fund racially diverse books, learning materials, and classroom visuals that celebrate a wide range of cultures, skin tones, and experiences. These resources will help foster empathy, confidence, and early social justice awareness in our youngest learners.
I believe that racial justice starts with early education.
These resources will help students recognize and celebrate diversity, see themselves reflected in the classroom, and begin developing the language and skills to talk about fairness and kindness. With your help, we’ll give every child the tools to grow into a proud, compassionate, and thoughtful human being.
