Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The candy donations would serve as a positive reinforcement tool, giving students an added incentive to work hard and demonstrate good behavior. It will also contribute to the creation of a celebratory atmosphere in the classroom. Studies have shown that when students are rewarded for their efforts, they feel more motivated and confident in their abilities.

We will use the candy and trinkets to encourage positive behavior celebrate special occasions, and foster class morale.

The second semester is notoriously challenging in fourth grade. Having tangible rewards to work towards will make a monumental difference in our classroom.
