it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are curious, energetic, and full of potential! However, many of them struggle to stay focused when confined to traditional desks all day. In our 5th grade math and science classroom, learning should be hands-on, engaging, and adaptable to every student's needs. That’s why I’m requesting flexible seating options to create a learning environment that helps all students, especially those who fidget, thrive.
Flexible seating gives students the freedom to choose a spot that works best for their body and brain.
For many of my learners, especially those with attention challenges or sensory needs, movement is a tool for focus, not a distraction.
With your support, I’ll be able to transform our classroom into a space that encourages focus, collaboration, and comfort. These seating options will empower students to take ownership of their learning and engage more fully in math and science activities. Thank you for helping my students wiggle their way to success!
