Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are bright, curious, and full of joy—each one with unique strengths and ways of learning. I teach a blended preschool class that includes children with and without disabilities. Many of my students have Autism, speech delays, or sensory processing needs, and they thrive when learning is hands-on, visual, and playful.
Our classroom is a place where everyone is learning how to be a friend, a listener, a reader, and a tiny explorer.
Because we are a Title I school, resources are limited, and many of our students come from homes that can’t provide extra educational materials.
My Project
Nursery rhymes are magic in early childhood education! They boost language, memory, rhythm, comprehension, and early reading skills. I am requesting engaging materials like:

Flannel Board Story Sets and Visuals
These tools will bring classic rhymes like "Humpty Dumpty," "Twinkle Twinkle," and "The Itsy Bitsy Spider" to life in a way that ALL my students can access—especially those with language and learning differences.
