My Students
I teach a great group of second graders in a rural school district in Oklahoma. My students are amazing, eager to learn and inquisitive. They come to school every day with bright smiling faces ready to face the day. They continually strive to do their best and cheer each other to success.
My students are special because they show compassion, creativity, positive attitudes and a love for learning.
My school actively supports active, hands-on learning that occurs in my classroom. We work hard and have fun learning every day!
My Project
It can be challenging sitting in a seat all day for second graders so we are requesting wobble seats to help us get the wiggles out. What better way to help students stay focused than providing them with flexible seating?
Giving students a choice of alternate seating gives them the opportunity to move and focus at the same time.
Students will sit on the stools when working on a variety of learning activities in the classroom. For those students who need to get the wiggles out while learning, stay motivated and remain attentive, these Hokki stools will be a valuable alternative to their regular seats.
