My Students

My students love learning, and our classroom is a community of friends and achievers. Their eyes light up when introduced to new activities and topics of study. We are a STEAM Academy that fosters innovation in our students. We create goals each day to help us grow as learners.

First graders love school and want to succeed.

Some face hardships at home that can impede their learning, but they all come to school wanting to learn, be successful, and make friends. We support each other to help everyone meet goals and discover new ideas.

My Project

My first graders love to learn, but many have difficulty sitting still. These seating options will help meet their need to move while staying on task. The wobble cushions will fit on their current classroom chairs, allowing them to work while also allowing small movements to satisfy their body’s needs. The wobble stools will be perfect for our students to use at our computer center. Students can work on our online math and reading programs while allowing their bodies small movements. They will be balancing their bodies and their learning. These seating options will help increase focus and academic growth.
