I teach 20 eager, energetic kindergarten children. They all are very sweet and have a passion for learning!! They enjoy working, exploring and learning together. They love to ask questions, and learn from each other. They love our hands-on activities. They come into the room each day excited to see what the new day will bring!
Kindergartners especially love movement activities!
If you were to come into my room you would see 5 and 6 year old kiddos in motion. Some might be standing, some laying, some sitting, all while working on their tasks.
My Project
These sensory chairs will help my kindergartners maintain focus on daily lessons. Balance ball chairs, wobble cushions and wobble chairs will keep them fully engaged throughout the day. Kindergartners have difficulty sitting still for longer periods of time, and the sensory chairs will help all my kiddos stay actively engaged. From reading to writing to math, science and social studies lessons my kiddos will be able to move and lesson restlessness with these chairs. Thank you for making this dream come true. Thank you for helping me teach to the whole child, meeting all their needs. Kindergarten has never been so much fun!
