My Project
Gifted students can be misunderstood, with even many veteran teachers assuming that these high-ability intellectuals are always focused and ready to dive into any content. The truth is, gifted kids can struggle with all sort of things that can impede their ability to be productive, like, well, life! But they can also have anxiety, ADHD, and ASD. The freedom to move, especially when it's not movement that is called out as "disruptive," can make a huge difference is their comfortability, thus positively impacting productivity. I am seeking support in providing active seating stools to help in this regard.
