it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a special education resource teacher, my students have a variety of sensory and attention accommodations that need to be met in order for my students to access the material and learn what is being taught. Sitting in struggle to get comfortable in ill-fitting chairs and desks. Wiggle seating has have seen that when students are given options for sensory input while learning, they are able to remain on task for longer. My hope is by offering wobble cushions, bean bag chairs, bouncy bands, lap desks, stadium seats, pedal exercises, and several other options of alternative seating, my students can use the movement, seating and comfort to their learning advantage. Please fund these wiggle seats for my students.
