My Project

My students work hard every day to improve the skills many people take for granted; skills such as coordination, strength, and fine motor control. As their occupational therapist, I use fun, hands-on tools to help them grow physically, emotionally, and academically every day. The scooter board will help students strengthen their core and upper body while practicing motor planning in a fun, active way. Squigz are amazing suction-based building toys that boost creativity, focus, and fine motor skills. The alphabet puzzle will help improve problem-solving, hand-eye coordination, and visual perceptual skills.
