My Students

I have a classroom filled with 25 inspiring students who are excited and engaged in their learning. Our school was the newest one that opened in our district, and it’s incredible. Beyond the beautiful building, the students are held to high standards (we adapted Ron Clark’s Essential 55) but through the relationships built with the “house system,” students know they are loved and cared for by people throughout our school community. Making the rigor in a classroom and respectful, hard-working students a not only goal but reality.

They stand to speak while making eye contact with those they’re talking to.

They greet guests with a handshake and a smile. I could go on and on, but I’ll simply say, they’re leaders and role models. We have a diverse group of kiddos, especially when it comes to resources at home. But at our school, they’re equal.

My Project

For my group of incredible 3rd graders, we will be finishing this year with continued distance learning.

During our online meetings and groups, we laugh, learn and make the most out of this unique way of learning.

Since each assignment I create digitally for reading, writing, math, social studies and science is VERY time consuming, I would be so incredibly grateful for your support. This way I can spend less time creating the lessons by purchasing the already beautifully made resources and more time teaching the content and working with students.
