Help me give my students the ability to receive immediate feedback and more one to one time with the teacher, as she interacts with students with an iPad.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Over the last 28 years of my teaching career, I often encounter some students who only have internet access at school. I allow students to use technology in my class before school and during lunch. I even remain in my class after school, so students can be provided with any assistance needed.
My goal is to use an iPad to create a wireless classroom that allows me to provide more one-to-one opportunities for my students.
I can freeze the screen of the smartboard and give students immediate class and/or individual feedback. In the past, I have had to scan, screenshot, or upload students’ assignments. Our main goal is to keep everyone actively engaged in each of my classes.
