it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The perfect carpet and easel are sought after by all teachers and set the stage for a successful year.
A large and colorful carpet creates an inviting classroom environment.
This carpet has clearly defined spaces to sit. This is superior to my existing carpet which has a few holes, unidentified stains, and distracting velcro sit spots. My students will be able to participate successfully during reading, math, science, and social studies lessons!
A large and sturdy easel allows for the successful whole group and small group instruction. As I am approaching my 6th year of teaching, I have had 3 easels that have all broken due to poor quality. It is time to have an easel that is durable and withstands many years of teaching. This easel will support whole group instruction: creating anchor charts, reading big books, and more. It will also allow me to provide differentiated small group instruction.
