Who We Are: Celebrating Diversity in Art

Help me give my students Model Magic, clay, and "people" paper for art projects to include drawing, collage, and sculpture.

My Project

The Model Magic and Air Drying clay will help students access scupture as an art form. The "people" paints, markers, and paper will facilitate indivual expression and inclusive representation of students through self portraits.

Combining 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional art media in a variety of skin tones opens the door to endless self-expression in our wonderfully diverse school community.

Through art, students can improve their self-esteem and share a pride for who they are.

My students are creative, enthusiastic young artists with a variety of modalities and interests; Students love seeing themselves in their materials, and that shows in their unique art.
