My Students

My children are disadvantaged and were horribly affected by Hurricane Harvey. They lost everything. Some of them are still living in hotels. They started school with no supplies and our classrooms were damaged Not only did they lose everything so did our school. I just want to bring a little stability in their lives.

We are in need of Technology.

Our computers were already old, now they are no longer working. We are currently trying to rebuild and get back to normalcy.

My Project

We were recently fully funded for the Amazon Fire 8, but did not receive a class set, so I am requesting 4 more so all of my students will be able to utilize and get the full value of the learning experience. These tablets will assist my students by providing an individualized window to their learning experience. They deserve and need hands on and visual experiences. They would not have gotten this experience had it not been for DonorsChoose.

The cases will insure that the life of the tablets would endure.

My students are so excited to finally get the chance to have their own personal tablet to use.
