Help me give my students 32 whiteboards to aid in math and writing.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Simi's classroom raised $312

My Students
Our classroom consists of 27+ elementary students with culturally different backgrounds in a school that has over 1,100 students. We are located in a suburb of a major, capitol city in an HOA community.
The diversity in the classroom lends itself to explore a wide range of culture and thought.
Having writing tools provides these children with the resource they need to be able to share individually and collectively. It also allows for active engagement by everyone at the same time.
My students enjoy the autonomy of more choices and individual responsibilities in our classroom. "Taking charge of your education" is our mantra. They enjoy sharing their thoughts and ideas through discussion and in their writing.
My Project
We are requesting 32 whiteboards, some kid magnets and magnetic nameplates to aid in math and writing. The Fifth grade students at our elementary school would benefit greatly by having daily access to a whiteboard. This means they can share their work visually with their each other and their teacher, as well as practicing being a green classroom. Students want to be able to actively engage in responding to daily work. Whiteboards are a economical and handy way to accomplish this goal.
These savvy students are eager and engaged when using tools to brainstorm, practice, and share their knowledge.
This affords everyone to share their thoughts at the same time.
The student magnets will assist with classroom management during guided reading and other group activities.
