This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a diverse group of learners from all economic and cultural backgrounds, who are beginning their educational journeys virtually, learning from home. This group of students has an amazing opportunity to have the best of both worlds - quality public education through lively, structured lessons led by a highly qualified teacher, along with guided support from parents who serve as learning coaches.

Visual representations of academic content are an essential part of learning.

A classroom whiteboard that is large enough for all students to see, along with quality learning materials, allow all students access to key concepts and facilitate learning.

Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will give me access to thousands of resources that I could use to enhance my lessons and will help meet the many different learning styles and needs of students in my classroom. These materials will be used during live lessons and as independent practice choices for students to access from home.
