My Project
Hi there! I am asking for donations for a whiteboard table for my classroom as a way to better enrich their literacy experience. I am a Kindergarten Inclusion teacher looking to create more fun and engaging literacy instruction. This table will help to enhance small-group instruction by tailoring it to each individual student's needs. With a class full of diverse learners, from ELL students to student's with special needs, a whiteboard table for literacy will allow all my student's to better be accommodated for as well as I will be able to modify my instruction to best fit their needs.
Your donation will help to provide a high-quality small group instruction experience that can make a significant academic difference for every student in my classroom.
The kidney shaped activity table that I am requesting will benefit my students in a variety of ways. The ESOL teacher will use the table to work with small groups of English Language Learners on specific skills. They will use it to work with groups of students on handwriting and letter formation, as well as other important literacy skills. Additionally, I will use the table to provide guided math instruction, in which we will focus on important number sense skills.
The whiteboard surface of the kidney table encourages an environment where every student's ideas can be shared as well as encourages creative thinking. My students will use the whiteboard surface to visually work through problems, collaborate with peers, and share ideas and information.
Thank you for helping to provide my students with a more personalized learning experience.
