This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every year we run out of whiteboard markers near the middle of the school year and we spend the rest of the school year scrounging for markers or sharing markers with partners.
Help me make sure our 2nd graders have plenty of markers this school year so we can make BIG GROWTH this school year!
Whiteboards are such a simple tool that help students to make huge growth in their learning. They help students actively participate and practice the skills they are learning, by being able to draw, write, calculate, for each and every subject. Students learn when they are actively responding and practicing their new learning.
Students should not have to go without or share markers, please help me so this does not happen to our class this year! Thank you for your consideration!
