Help me give my students some book bins, writing boards and markers to be able to have group lessons where every student can write the answer without sharing.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Children's minds are like sponges, and they absorb all the good knowledge that is being shared with them. I love that my students are so eager to learn new things.
I work with SPED children in a small group setting.
I want to make our classroom setting comfortable to help them focus and relax. I work with students from a variety of grades with different challenges. Every student does not learn the same. I want to provide comfortable furniture in the class for those students who do not do well sitting at a desk and chair.
My Project
These materials will help make a difference because a lot of small group lesson are given in my class. With these materials being provided to every student, they will be able to have their own materials without sharing with a partner to write their own thoughts and answers to the lesson being taught.
I try to make lessons fun by doing a lot of nonverbal lessons where the students will write the answer to my question on the whiteboard so other students cannot take someone else’s answer.
