Whisper Reading While Getting Our Wiggles Out!

Help me give my students reading fluency while simultaneously getting their wiggles out with balance balls and whisper phones!

My Project

Students need to be able to hear themselves read to help them become fluent readers. However, this can become very chaotic in a classroom setting. Since everyone grows in their own time, whisper phones are a fantastic reading tool to combat this chaos. As students listen to themselves read, they learn to correct mistakes, read with expression and it also helps them comprehend what they are reading better.

Help my students get their wiggles out while STILL practicing their reading fluency!

Reading fluency practice can get very tedious if students are expected to sit in traditional seating. Students NEED to move! By providing my students with wiggle seats and whisper phones they can get their extra energy out and still practice their reading fluency at the same time!

As we begin to wind down the year I would LOVE to give my students an extra reading boost as they prepare for their next grade by providing them with these wiggle seats & whisper phones. Help my students spread their wings and use all the skills they've gained this year to become the most fluent readers they can be while still getting their wiggles out!
