This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The primary goal of this project is to provide students with a practical and engaging learning experience that fosters their interest in healthy eating and culinary arts. By incorporating a blender into our cooking curriculum, we aim to empower students to make informed food choices and develop lifelong habits of nutritious eating. Additionally, we hope to inspire creativity and curiosity as students explore different flavors, textures, and combinations while experimenting with recipes and creating their own culinary creations. Ultimately, we aspire for students to develop a deeper appreciation for the importance of nutrition and wellness in their lives.

My students are a diverse and dynamic group, each bringing their unique talents, backgrounds, and perspectives to our classroom community.

It is a privilege to work with such remarkable young individuals, and we are committed to providing them with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
