This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

If you could see my little scholars as they cut, color, trace and paste, you'd be amazed. Your hearts would beat faster as you see the anxiety in their eyes when they've found the right match and placed it in the right spot.

We have an awesome printer to keep the projects coming, but it is hard to keep it filled with ink.

To have an awesome printer without ample supplies of ink to feed it is like having an awesome class of preschoolers and no fruit snacks for rewards. Can you imagine creating an amazing project and then learning that the printer is completely out of ink? Oh, no, my heart is broken, and my little scholars are wide-eyed and sad. Without ink, there are no monthly newsletters, no parent involvement projects, and no spontaneous cut and paste activities for the literacy or math center.
