My Students

We need Hewlett Packard copy paper for academic success.

I teach learning challenged students in a small rural school district in Oklahoma which has been hit hard,like most schools, by the economic times.

More than 75% of our students are on free or reduced lunches; therefore, I do not feel I can ask parents to send copy paper. My students need practice and a lot of it for them to compete academically with other applicants for college admission and jobs.

My Project

I have some very bright students who learn differently and need visual aids to help them succeed. Often times a printed worksheet is the KEY these students need to unlock the door to learning. If the information is printed out for them, they don't have to spend valuable time trying to decipher their own handwriting. Many of my students plan to attend college and need experience using the computers for writing assignments, once again requiring copy paper to complete the assignment.

Copy paper is an important part of the classroom.

My students especially need material presented in a variety of formats and repetitively. The printed word is a dynamic and valuable tool for students who learn differently and at different rates.
