My students love this book! They also love this song! We read it and sing it, it brings tears to my eyes every time! I want to be able to send this home with them, so they have something to make them happy when times are tough in their little world. Another plus - is it encourages them to read!!

I love spending all my days with them, they inspire me! They are The Sunshine on My Shoulders! The wonderful thing about this book is the art & displays capture you into the book; then you can't help but sing and sing and sing!
My Project
They will each have this uplifting book to read, "sing" all the time, and remember the great times we had in 3rd-grade. They can also sing the books to their family, younger siblings or relatives and it will have such a positive impact!! You can't help sing along when this book is being read! My students will learn the power of positive thought!
